Free vs Trial
If you want to try eWay-CRM, you can create a new account. In the wizard, you choose whether you want to try eWay-CRM Free (for unlimited users, unlimited time, with limited functionalities) or eWay-CRM Enterprise 14-day Trial (for unlimited users, 14 days, all available functionalities).

Offline vs Online
eWay-CRM for Windows Outlook and eWay-CRM Mobile work offline. They automatically create a copy of the server database onto the device which allows both tools to work without an internet connection. The synchronization runs automatically, just like the cached mode in Microsoft Outlook for Desktop.
eWay-CRM for Microsoft 365 works online only.
Cloud vs On-Premises
eWay-CRM can run in our cloud or as an on-premises solution.
eWay-CRM Free always runs in our cloud and by default, we host the paid editions (Basic, Professional, and Enterprise) in our cloud as well. If you need to install any of the paid subscriptions to your servers, please make sure they meet our minimum requirements and let us know. Our sales team is happy to coordinate the migration with you.
