Outlook CRM Background
  1. To upgrade your subscription, first log into your Administration Center. (This is accessible from the eWay-CRM ribbon integrated within the Outlook ribbon.)
  2. Administration Settings

  3. Select Manage Subscriptions in the left navigation panel.
  4. Manage Subscriptions in Administration Center

     

  5. Find the product ENTERPRISE, and click Add to Cart. (If you already have some, click Edit Subscription instead.)
  6. Select Enterprise

     

  7. Add the number of Enterprise licenses you want to purchase. Then, click Finish Order.
  8. Finish Order

     

  9. Verify your company data, click Next and in the section “Your New Subscription”, lower the number of Essential licenses.
  10. Lower Essential

  11. Finish your order.
