Outlook Online / New Outlook in Windows / Classic Outlook in Windows

The chapter and its manual is intended for Outlook Online and new Outlook in Windows, because their working is almost the same.
If you already have an eWay-CRM account, follow the steps below. If you don’t have an account, you can sign up here. The tutorial for signing up is in this article: Sign Up.
- In Outlook, click the apps icon and select Add Apps.
- In the Add-ins window, click into the search field and type eWay-CRM. The eWay-CRM add-in will appear – click on it.
- Click Add the eWay-CRM.
- Then you can sign in to your eWay-CRM account. Once you are signed in, eWay-CRM will appear directly in the Outlook window, where you can browse individual modules and items.
- You can access eWay-CRM directly in the email window. Just click the Preview Panel and sign in to your eWay-CRM account there.
- Once you are signed in, when you click on an email, you will see the contact details in the panel.
- You can pin the panel to the page by clicking the pin icon, so when you click on another email, you will immediately see information about the item.
- In the top part of the dialog, click three dots and select Get Add-ins.
- Find eWay-CRM Online.
- Add eWay-CRM Online.
- Now, click the three dots in the message toolbar and you will see eWay-CRM Online and all its options.
- Select Preview Panel and log in to your eWay-CRM account. After that, you will see eWay-CRM information about email and contact.
- When you open the detail of an item, it opens in a new window:
- Just open any email in your mobile Outlook and click three dots in its body.
- On android devices, some options can be hide, so just drag the menu up.
- Now, select More Add-ins.
- Search for eWay-CRM Online and add it by clicking +.
- Confirm license terms by clicking Continue.
- Now, when you click three dots in the email body again, you have a new option there – Open eWay-CRM. Click it
- If the contact is already saved in eWay-CRM, you will see its details and you can work with it right away.
