Outlook CRM Background

You can relate an existing item or new item to the item you have opened in detail.

Relation With New Item

  1. In the item dialog, click Add New.
  2. Add New Item

  3. Now, select type of item you want to relate, e.g. Journal.
  4.  

  5. The new journal window will be opened.

  7. Fill in values as you need. Then, click Save and Close.
  8. Insert Values and Save

  9. New journal will appear in its tab on item from what it was created.

Relation With Existing Item

  1. In the item dialog, click Link to Existing.
  2. Link to Existing Item

  3. Now, select the type of item you want to add, e.g. Document.
  4.  

  5. List of documents will open.
  6. Select Item

  7. Double-click the document you want to add or click it and then press OK.
  8.  

  9. Document will appear in its tab on item to what it was related.
