Set Task Reminder

eWay-CRM Desktop and eWay-CRM Mobile (iOS and Android).

eWay-CRM Desktop

  1. Open a task.
  2. New Task

  3. Mark Reminder field and select date and time when the reminder should pop up.
  4. Task Reminder

     

  5. Click Save or Save and Close icon.
  6. Save and Close Task

     

  7. The task will be reminded in set date and time in Outlook.
  8. Reminder

eWay-CRM Online

  1. Open a task in the list of tasks or from some contact in preview panel.
  2. New Task

  3. Mark Reminder field and select date and time when the reminder should pop up.
  4. Task Reminder

     

  5. Click Save button.
  6. Save and Close Task

     

  7. The task will be reminded in set date and time but only in eWay-CRM Desktop or eWay-CRM Mobile.

eWay-CRM Mobile

  1. Go to new task detail. (See How to Create Task in eWay-CRM Mobile.)
  2.  

  3. When you are creating task, you need to set Reminder. Select date and time when reminder should pop up.
  4. Set Reminder

     

  5. Save the task.
  6. Save Task

     

  7. If the task is not completed yet, reminder will pop up as notification on your phone in set date and time, so you will be noticed that the task is still not finished.
