Install eWay-CRM Outlook on Another Computer (video included)


For those who prefer written guide

The eWay-CRM account can be used on multiple devices. This is very convenient if you want to have access to data at work, at home, and on the road from your laptop.

Another case is when you created an eWay-CRM account and need to install eWay-CRM on your colleagues’ computers.

In both cases, you need to use the installation file and credentials from our email.

  1. Open the email and download eWay-CRM from the installation file.
  2. Web Service Address

    Alternatively, you can download the right version of the software from the Administration Center under the Updates tab.

  3. Launch the file. When the installation of files is complete, open Microsoft Outlook. Click Login.
  4. Login


  5. Use the email address that is related to your eWay-CRM account and log in with it. You will be asked to insert a verification code (only for users who don’t have a Microsoft account) and the password.
  6. Login Credentials


  7. Click Start in the Success window.
  8. Successful Login

The synchronization across computers and the database will begin.
