Outlook CRM Background

During work with  eWay-CRM Web you can experience some errors. It is good to know how you can get to the error log. It is different for specific web browsers:

 

Google Chrome

Press CTRL+SHIFT+I or click three dots icon and go to More tools > Developer tools.

In both cases, you will see panel where you need to click Console tab.

Errors while browsing are recorded in this Console tab. Copy error and send it to [email protected].
 

Internet Explorer

Press F12 or click tools icon and select F12 Developer Tools.

Safari

In Safari, you need to allow specific settings:

  1. In Safari menu, click Preferences.
  2. Safari Preferences

     

  3. Go to Advanced where you need to mark Show Develop menu in menu bar.

  5. In new Develop menu, select Show JavaScript Console.
  6. Show JavaScript Console

  7. You will see panel where you need to click Console tab. Errors while browsing are recorded in this Console tab. Copy error and send it to [email protected].
