Outlook CRM Background
  1. Click Administration Center on the eWay-CRM ribbon in Outlook. Alternatively, when you are using eWay-CRM Online, click the eWay-CRM icon in the email body and click Admin Center.

  3. Go to Users section.
  4. Users

     

  5. Click the user whose agenda you want to delegate to choose him or her. When you click the user, Delegate option becomes available. Click it.
  6. Delegate Agenda

     

  7. Now, you can select what agenda will be delegated. you can delegate just tasks, or more complex agenda like contacts, companies, etc.
  8. Select Agenda

     

  9. Then just select the user who will be newly responsible for this agenda and confirm it by OK.
  10. Select User

     

  11. Selected user is now the owner of agenda.
