Attaching New Documents

If you have a document on your mobile phone that you want to attach to a contact, company, lead or project, do the following:

  1. Open an item (contact, company, lead or project) and click on the plus sign in the bottom right corner.

  2. Select New Document.

  3. Click the arrow down button in the File field, find and select a required document or a picture.

  4. Fill in the desired fields, including the name of the document. You can write down your notes in the Note field and click Save in the top right corner.

If you need to edit or delete a document, please do with the help of the eWay-CRM Outlook plug-in.

Sharing and Downloading Attached Documents

  1. Open a document or image saved in eWay-CRM.
  2. Click on the Share or Download buttons.
