eWay-CRM account can be used on multiple devices. This is very convenient if you want to have access to data at work, at home and on the road from your laptop.

Another case is when you created a Premium account and need to install eWay-CRM on your colleagues’ computers.

In both cases, you need to use the installation file and credentials from our email.

  1. Open the email and download eWay-CRM from the installation file.

    Alternatively, you can download the right version of the software from the Administration settings under the Updates tab.

  2. Launch the file. When the installation of files is complete, launch Microsoft Outlook. Click Login.

  3. Use the Web service address, username(s) and password(s) from the email.

  4. Click Next.

  5. Click Start in the Success window.

The synchronization across computers and the data base will begin.
