How to Create Contacts Manually

How to Start Using eWay-CRM » Contacts » How to Create Contacts Manually

You may want to create a contact manually during a phone call or during a meeting with a client. Here’s how:

  1. Click New on the eWay-CRM ribbon and select Contact.

  2. Specify details (Name, Email Address, Address, etc.) and click Save.

To create a company for this contact, use the button Add New > Company.

If the required company already exists in eWay-CRM, click Link to Existing > Company.
