We are a small high-tech company with sales roles shared between CEO, myself a Business Development Manager, Engineers involved in implement customer development programmes, overseas agents and consultants. We needed an affordable way to share and collate information on sales opportunities and make decisions on priorities. The CRM also had to be easy to use, cloud based (not everyone has access to our server, and no one does when travelling), and preferably seamlessly integrated with Microsoft Outlook. The eWay-CRM does all of this and more, so we couldn’t believe our luck when we found it. Getting started was surprisingly painless with their excellent support team, and we have since thought of some improvements that have been quickly and efficiently implement. I would have no hesitation in recommending the CRM to anyone with similar needs.
