We have found eWay to be so seamlessly integrated with Outlook that we often forget that it’s actually a 3rd party tool.

It requires a very small commitment on the part of the user to populate the sales information from the normal everyday communication in Outlook & if done with discipline, can become an invaluable sales management tool.

The support from eWay-CRM is excellent & the staff are very cooperative. It would be great to see the system grow & we can’t wait to see the next version & what it can do!
