We are a software company providing own CRM software eWay-CRM. We’ve been on the market for 13 years selling our product from Prague, Czech Republic (Europe). We already have hundreds of customers in the US and are onboarding new ones every week.

That’s why we have decided to expand our existing office in Kansas City and are looking for highly motivated professionals who can help our customers benefit more from eWay-CRM.

#1 Helping our Existing Customers

Our existing customers have questions and need assistance with minor customizations. We need you to master eWay-CRM and provide them with the best support they’ve ever experienced.

Being able to talk and write professionally as well as keeping a positive mindset is important. IT skills are also valued.


#2 Maintaining regular communications with the existing customers

We need you to pick up a phone and establish regular communication with existing customers. We are in touch with some of them, others haven’t needed our help for years and we think we could do better. There is so much we can help them with.

Easy to talk to and sales-oriented candidates are welcome.


#3 Looking for new opportunities to grow

Let’s be honest. We do business differently here in Europe and your experience with modern customer care is highly welcome. How about starting to organize webinars? Record tutorial videos? Build an online forum? Help our marketing team with case studies?

Any experience with CRM or any B2B software is welcome as well as a decent understanding of IT in general.

Your salary will be $47,000 + commissions.
