How to Share Your Views With Your Team in eWay-CRM

DID YOU KNOW... can share custom views of your data with others in your company? It's a great solution when a sales director adds new columns to the deals list, sets filters, or conditional formatting to better visually organize the data.

There's nothing easier than saving a view of a predefined deals report and making it available to other sales reps so they don't have to redo everything from scratch. See how to do it:

  1. Once you have set up a custom view on the deals (or a grid in another eWay-CRM module), click the Views button on the right side of the screen.
  2. Next, click Save View in the menu.
  3. Type a name for the new view, check Share With All Users, and click OK.
  4. Now, you can then find the new view under the Views button.
