How to Enable Deactivated eWay-CRM Add-In in Outlook

...that Outlook will occasionally deactivate add-ins to speed up it's own performance? Don't worry, you can reactivate each add-in. How can you enable eWay-CRM when this happens?

  1. Click the File tab in the Outlook main ribbon, then select Options in the lower left corner.
  2. In the newly opened window, go to the Add-ins section and click Go.
  3. Check the eWay Outlook Add-in check box and click OK.
  4. eWay-CRM starts and a new section appears in the Outlook menu.
