How to Easily Categorize Outlook Emails for eWay-CRM

DID YOU KNOW…

…That in eWay-CRM you can categorize e-mails? In your company make a set of shared categories and add them to e-mails. Then in eWay-CRM you can sort e-mails according to the type (offer, order, claim, etc.), according to products or services, or through the category you can add a user who is in charge of the e-mail. There are plenty of ways how to use it. How do you do it?

 

Set the e-mail categorization as follows:

  1. Select an e-mail (or more e-mails) in Microsoft Outlook you want to categorize.
  2. In the ribbon, click the Categorize icon.
  3. Select the category you want to add to this e-mail.
  4. E-mail is saved with this category into eWay-CRM.
