Top 7 CRMs for Outlook in 2026

See the best CRMs with Outlook integration in 2026.

How did I compose this chart? I did the research, reviewed each of them manually, and picked the top CRMs on the market.

You’ll get to know them thanks to little descriptions and see their pros and cons as well.

1. eWay-CRM

eway-crm

eWay-CRM is the best CRM for Outlook.

And it’s pretty easy to fall in love with it, because you don’t have to leave Outlook to work with eWay-CRM. It sits right in your email client and works rather like an add-in.

eWay-CRM is a professional tool for the management of your emails, contacts, meetings, tasks, sales pipelines, projects, and more. And it’ll help your team to be synced thanks to regular synchronizations and notifications.

And how smart is AI in eWay-CRM? Smart enough to help with emails, tasks, summaries, and contact creation. But the bigger story is what eWay-CRM can do for Microsoft Copilot.

Copilot is powerful. But for customer work, it needs more than a few emails or documents. It needs business context: who the customer is, what was promised, which deal is open, what project is in progress, who owns the next step, and what happened in the last email, meeting, or call. That is where eWay-CRM comes in.

eWay-CRM organizes emails, contacts, deals, tasks, projects, and documents around real customers, directly inside Outlook and Microsoft 365. Instead of leaving customer knowledge scattered across inboxes, folders, spreadsheets, and private notes, it creates one shared place for the customer story. Emails, notes, tasks, and documents can stay connected to the right customer, deal, or project, so the team can quickly understand what happened before and what should happen next.

This makes eWay-CRM a practical data layer for Copilot. When your CRM knows the customer history, related deals, active projects, responsible users, follow-ups, and documents, Copilot has stronger context to work with. It is not just reading a message. It can connect the dots from your sharepoint and CRM records. That matters for custom Copilot agents.

Microsoft says agents can extend Copilot with extra knowledge, data sources, actions, and workflows, and connectors can ground agent responses with enterprise data. The eWay-CRM connector is listed for Copilot Studio and supports operations around companies, contacts, deals, projects, journals, tasks, and relationships. In other words, teams can build Copilot experiences around real CRM records, not just loose conversations.

And what about eWay-CRM and email campaigns? Well, you can fully rely on the system. It connects with popular marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.

And access? You can use eWay-CRM on your smartphone, iPad, PC, or laptop, and any Outlook version (classic Outlook, New Outlook, Outlook on the web).

A big plus is surely its low price and that it also offers a completely free version for unlimited users, which is great for the start.

2. Hubspot

Hubspot

You’ve probably heard of HubSpot from ads or come across it on social media.

I had to include it on this list because it’s quite popular. Even though it wasn’t designed exclusively for Outlook.

HubSpot is a comprehensive CRM that offers a wide range of features. This makes it a perfect fit for large companies.

The most valued feature here is probably email tracking, which allows you to monitor and analyze your interactions with customers. In practice, you can better understand your customers and offer them what they really need.

HubSpot’s scheduling and task management tools will streamline collaboration across your whole company and will ensure you don’t miss a deadline. I like this about HubSpot.

When it comes to contact management, this CRM will serve you as a central hub. The database updates regularly so you and your teams can work with a shared and well-organized contact list.

And the most important part, pricing. Part, where I have to move from pros to cons.

HubSpot is one of the most expensive CRMs on the market. Before you decide to go with it, consider whether it’s worth the investment. Since it works based on purchasing the individual Hubs, costs add up very quickly. Which will be an issue for many of you.

Hubspot
ProsCons
Comprehensive system. As a new user, you’ll probably need training.
Good-quality features for marketers.High expenses.

3. Microsoft Dynamics 365

Microsoft Dynamics 365

Microsoft Dynamics 365 offers a wide range of features (including Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement), too. Some of them will definitely catch your attention and pleasantly surprise you.

It’ll take care of your tasks and meetings while nicely syncing emails and contacts with your Outlook.
Thanks to the possibility to track and manage client interaction, you’ll be able to work on your customer relationships.

It can also track new opportunities and the activity of your support team.

Analytics and reporting are on a high level here, which is surely a pro since both are essential for your business's health.

Are you wondering whether Microsoft Dynamics 365 also have mobile access? I’m happy to say yes, it has. This gives you the freedom to take care of your emails and tasks even on the go.

To sum it up, I found out that with Microsoft Dynamics 365, you get the best from both worlds, CRM and ERP.

dynamics 365
ProsCons
Scalable and flexible.Quite complex which means training might be needed.

4. Pipedrive

pipedrive

Pipedrive was designed primarily for sales teams. It’s their right hand when it comes to tracking deals and closing them.

The main focus here is on the visual representation of data and processes. This allows you to see details about every stage of a deal and makes it easy for you to identify weak spots you should pay attention to.

Also, it streamlines workflows by syncing emails, contacts, and events in your calendar.

Thanks to Pipedrive, you’ll easily stay on the same page with your teams and make your customers happier.

ProsCons
Ideal for sales representatives.Limited data management capabilities for large companies

5. Zoho

zoho

At first glance, Zoho looks pretty appealing, so I couldn’t ignore it and had to try this CRM out.

So, what can it do? It handles meeting and task management pretty well. And data synchronization is, again, a standard here, so you don’t have to worry about issues with cooperation with your colleagues.

Zoho also offers solid automation features for sales processes, along with a wide range of marketing tools for creating email campaigns and content for social media.

What surprised me here was a special module solely for customer support. And self-service portals, which can save your company a ton of time when taking care of your clients.

But there’s a BUT. And that is the Outlook integration, which doesn’t work as smoothly as I hoped for. You can experience, just like I did, some issues with Outlook from here and there.

But honestly, similar hiccups can happen with any CRM on this list. The only CRM you can truly rely on is eWay-CRM because it was specifically designed for Outlook.

ProsCons
Comprehensive CRM.Advanced settings require technical knowledge, which can be a complication for you.
Suitable for companies of different sizes.Minor compatibility issues with Outlook.

6. Salesforce

salesforce

Salesforce is a universal CRM.

That means almost any company can use it, regardless of industry.

BUT the size matters. Because Salesforce is quite a complex solution. So, it’s not the best option for smaller businesses.

That being said, it offers a wide range of features. And plenty of third-party app integrations.

Salesforce also includes tools to streamline your sales, smart marketing tools, and all you need to take the best care of your customers. Like other CRMs on this list, it also provides a centralized and synchronized database for better cooperation in the company.

Cons? For me, it’s surely the pricing. Salesforce is quite expensive. And if you’re an owner of a small business, it will be too much for you to spend.

ProsCons
Versatility.Price and complexity.

7. Nimble

nimble

If your focus is on social media, then Nimble will be a great option for you.

It excels at gathering information from your clients’ profiles. Makes you closer to your customers, understand them better, and truly grasp what they need and might be interested in.

In the end, it’s all about knowing what your customers want and offering it first.

As a user, I found working with Nimble to be a pleasant experience. I could manage my contacts and communication directly in Outlook and the tools for automation were useful, too. Especially those for marketing.

Now for the cons.

Nimble has limited scalability, so if your business grows, it may not be able to keep up. The data capacity restrictions might be an issue, too. And a big downside, at least for me, was the requirement of having a constant internet connection. There’s no offline access, which is frustrating, to be honest.

Still, I feel like it remains a good option for businesses that prioritize social media engagement.

ProsCons
Intuitive.Limited customization options.
Excellent social media integration.Low data capacity.
No offline access.

The Winner?

My review of the best CRM solutions for Outlook this year comes from the perspective of a person who’s looking for the best possible option on the market.

I focused on many factors: how the system looks, how it works, whether it is worth the price, and what type of business makes the best use of it.

My aim was to make this review comprehensive yet to the point. Basically, perfect for anyone who wants to make the choice within minutes.

And the winner is… eWay-CRM. Simply because it’s designed for Outlook. It works smoothly, covers everything you need for sales, communication, and marketing, offers AI features, and has a free version.

With all of this in mind, I expect eWay-CRM to remain a top choice next year as well. So, it’s a great investment.
