How to Assign the eWay-CRM License "Enterprise (Trial)"

eWay-CRM 8 brings an amazing set of new innovations. To allow you to fully experience all of them, we are unlocking the highest level of our Enterprise plan until September 30, 2023.

How to activate Enterprise (Trial)

If you are on our "new plans" introduced in September 2022, the "Enterprise (Trial)" license will automatically assigned to all your users. If you are still on our "old plans", we kindly ask you to assign them manually. Here is how to do it:

  1. Go to the Admin Center and click "Users".
  2. In the main toolbar, click Reassign Licenses.
  3. You will see the new license "Enterprise (Trial)" for all your existing users.
  4. Select it from the drop-down menu for whatever user you want.
  5. Confirm by OK.

How to upgrade to Enterprise

  1. Go to the Admin Center and click "Manage Subscriptions."
  2. If you are on our "new plans", follow these steps.
  3. If you are on our "old plans", follow these steps.

What happens on October 1, 2023

eWay-CRM will automatically remove the "Enterprise (Trial)" licenses. If you are on our "new plans", all licenses will be returned to the original state. If you are on our "old plans", all your users will receive the highest plan available according to the following algorithm:

  1. We find out which active user logged into eWay-CRM most recently.
  2. We find out what is the highest available license.
  3. We assign this license to the user.
  4. We follow the same steps through all active users.
If your organization has different license levels and you want to ensure that your users return to their previous license type, please do it manually by September 30, 2023.
