Outlook contact manager

At the heart of every CRM software is contact management, because quality information about customers, suppliers and other stakeholders now have the price of gold, and are often the decisive factor determining the success of the company. We at eWay System aware of this fact, and therefore in the design and application development eWay-CRM for Microsoft Outlook, there was placed great emphasis on quality contact management process. Superstructure on the sophisticated management of contacts are then also user-definable reports that analyze and sort contacts by selected criteria.

Contact management in eWay-CRM

Using eWay-CRM Contacts module in the system, you can create, edit and delete individual contacts, which are somehow related to your person. The module offers to save detailed information about each contact, and this information can be divided into five thematic blocks:

  • basic identifying information,
  • contact addresses,
  • contact information,
  • notes to the contact,
  • user-defined values.

The basic information can be:

  • contact name (you can select a contact from the list of workers),
  • function which takes,
  • web address of personal presentation of contact,
  • society in which works (you can select from a list of existing company)
  • 3 email addresses.

For each contact, you can fill up to three contact addresses (business, home address and any additional). For other than communicating through traditional postal services is the information provided in block contact information including phone number, home phone, cell phone, another existing phone, ICQ, MSN or Skype. Each contact is possible to create arbitrarily long notes.

Integration of module Contacts in eWay-CRM

Because the information system eWay-CRM is built on a modular architecture, you can easily define links between the modules. So as to each contact you can assign other contacts which are in a relationship with him as friends, business partners, bosses or acquisition. This connection allows you to define wide network of contacts. Each contact can also be included in certain societies, together with a position that takes. It is also possible to assign the project to contact that participants as representative of the supplier or customer.

In addition to links to other companies, contacts or projects eWay-CRM allows you to keep:

  • information on the recent meetings in which the contact took part,
  • diary entries for a contact,
  • tasks, in which figure the contact
  • documents resulting from negotiations with the contact,
  • e-mail communication with the contact,
  • employees of your company communicating with the contact.

Directly from the dialog box eWay-CRM can also benefit from the bulk communication.
