With eWay-CRM your documents are accessible at any time from Microsoft Outlook. eWay-CRM is also closely integrated with Microsoft Office therefore you are able to open and edit documents right in Microsoft Outlook. We also created a great functionality that allows you to save documents to eWay-CRM from Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel by pressing one button.
eWay-CRM Documents module
The Documents module in eWay-CRM gives you the power to create, modify and delete documents stored in eWay-CRM. You can save following information for each document:
- name,
- type (docx, xlsx, pdf, zip, etc.),
- importance,
- notes.
eWay-CRM automatically saves further document information:
- size,
- extension,
- date and time of creation,
- date and time of last change.

You can link documents to items in other eWay-CRM modules and create a relation between them:
- companies,
- contacts,
- leads,
- projects,
- journal items (e.g. for notes about work progress),
- users,
- e-mails.
