eWay System, Ltd. offers the following products and services. Pricing details can be found in the current price list.
eWay-CRM Licenses
- Information System eWay-CRM is delivered based on one-time license fee.
- The customer buys a license for a selected number of users for an indefinite period.
- Within the eWay-CRM license, the customer is entitled to the following services:
- License for eWay-CRM for a selected number of users.
- Remote installation of eWay-CRM on the client server. Installation of client components is directed by the customer.
- The default setting of workflow and permissions, which is supplied with the system. These are the same settings that are available in single version.
- Changing settings and other tasks are directed by the customer, within the dedicated service support time or charged according to the current price list.
Rent eWay-CRM (ASP - Application Service Providing)
- The customer hires Information System eWay-CRM for a selected number of users per subscription period.
- Minimum rental period is 6 months.
- Within the lease an eWay-CRM customer is entitled to the following services:
- License to eWay-CRM for a selected number of users per subscription period.
- Remote installation of eWay-CRM on the client server. Installation of client components is directed by the customer.
- The default setting of workflow and permissions.
- System Support for the rental period.
System Support
- Free prepaid service hours that the customer can use for the following operations:
- EWay-CRM Implementation
- Importing Data
- Changing System Settings
- Consultation
- Software Development
- Training
- Free hours are calculated by the number of licenses purchased or leased (2 free hours per year per license purchased).
- Free hours are calculated monthly, and unused hours are not transferrable to the next month.
- Service support includes delivery of new versions and patches that are issued in the period in which the customer has prepaid support systems.
- Changes in settings and other acts beyond the free hours are completely under the control of the customer or charged according to current price list.
Implementation
- Setting up the eWay information system according to individual customer needs.
- Includes the following:
- Introductory session with the customer, where the information for the settings is determined. Usually it is the following:
- User Accounts.
- User Groups.
- The rights for the selected group of users.
- Workflows for opportunities, projects and documents.
- Setting of the data
- Validation of accuracy with customer and handover.
- Introductory session with the customer, where the information for the settings is determined. Usually it is the following:
- The customer can take advantage of the free hours of systems support for the implementation.
Import
- Transferring data from structured sources (eg databases of other applications or files Microsoft Excel) to the database eWay-CRM.
- Includes the following:
- Checking the supplied data from the database or files.
- Clarification with customer.
- Moving of data.
- Validation of accuracy with customer and handover.
- The free hours of systems support can be used for the import.
Custom Development
- Programming user functionalities according to individual customer needs.
- Functionalities are incorporated into a standard edition of eWay-CRM, and are not exclusive to the customer who commissioned them.
- Functionality are designed so that it does not suffer the existing functionality of eWay-CRM.
- For custom development can be used free hours of systems support.
Test mode
- Trial license for eWay-CRM for a limited time (charged after month), operated entirely on the server of hosting partner eWay System.
- The following services are available in the trial mode:
- License to eWay-CRM for the 3 users for the subscription period.
- Installation of eWay-CRM server component. Installing of client components is directed by the customer.
- The default setting of workflow and permissions.
- System support for prepaid time. There is 1 free hour of consultation and changes in settings.
- Changes in settings and other acts beyond the free hours are completely under the control or the customer or charged according to current price list.
Additional service
- Servicing operations in excess of system support.
- Services offered are as follows:
- Administration of eWay-CRM.
- Consultation on the system.
- Installing client components of eWay-CRM.
- Backup server database of eWay-CRM.
- Service operations are charged according to the current price list.
Training
- Along with eWay-CRM system two types of training are offered
- User training.
- Training for administrators.
- Both programs are operated as follows:
- Preliminary meetings with customers about the structure of the training.
- Implementation of training.
Hosting
- The server part of the information system eWay-CRM can be operated by a partner eWay System.
- Provided are the following services:
- Server hosting of eWay-CRM.
- Space 2GB for a database server (additional space can be purchased).
- Regular backups at the end of each day (we keep them for 2 weeks).
- The company eWay System is responsible for the functionality of the server.
Additional functionalities, integration with the accounting system Pohoda
- eWay-CRM system can be extended for such functionality. These are the packages that have the feature of sending notifications and monitoring defined parameters (eg, project schedules):
- Regular reports of assignments and tasks to solve.
- Integration with accounting system Pohoda (one-way synchronization, contacts, invoices from Pohoda to eWay).
- Integration with existing web forms on your website. Registered potential clients will then automatically appear in the eWay-CRM.
- Automatic matching items created in the department where the user works.
- Notice of changes in attendance (timecard) older than a specified number of days.
- Attention to the task solver to fill his attendance (time sheets) after finishing.
- Notification to the team on new documents or changes to the documents of their projects.
- Notification to the team on new diary entries or changes in the diaries of their projects.
- Notification to the team on new sub-projects that were created for their projects.
- Automatic generation of attendance records for a selected group of users.
